Parts Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Order and process purchase orders for parts required by service technician and warehouse stock
  • Coordinate special handling of parts for key customer or "downed machine" situations in order to expedite the delivery of the necessary parts in effort to minimize customer downtime
  • Participate in quarterly inventories for warehouse and technician car stock
  • Monitor and follow-up on backordered items with vendors
  • Run restocking reports and replenish service technicians' car stock on a daily basis
  • Advise supervisor and managers of any unusual situations, field request for high cost parts, backorders from vendors and all stock related matters
  • Call vendors to check on backordered parts
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment
  • Facilitate warranty and non-warranty part returns
  • Assist supervisor with maintaining up to date pricing and item descriptions in e-automate system
  • Receive parts into inventory by verifying orders with packing lists
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Tracking of our printer/copier inventory in the warehouse
  • Delivering parts and supplies when needed, using a company vehicle.
  • Placing and tracking orders of supplies and parts as the need arises, via the computer and phone
  • Experience using technology preferred

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or College Degree 
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis.
